Cam Wynne brings a wealth of expertise and passion as a pitching coach, drawing from over a decade of high-level baseball experience globally. Having honed his skills at two Division 1 institutions, Texas A&M University and the University of Nebraska, Cam's collegiate career culminated with winning the Big Ten Championship in 2021. Subsequently drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies that same year, Cam's professional career has spanned three seasons, reaching the A+ level with the Jersey Shore Blue Claws. In addition to his domestic resume, Cam has played professionally overseas, pitching in the Australian Baseball League and winning a championship with the Adelaide Giants in the winter of 2023-2024. With his extensive baseball background and commitment to excellence, Cam offers his clients the technical expertise to excel on the mound and a holistic approach to cultivating well-rounded athletes.

Hailing from Kearney, NE, Coach Jake Skala's baseball journey began early, with a memorable experience in the Little League World Series. He was a standout starting pitcher in high school, contributing to Kearney's success. His college career at Barton Community College and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln enriched his knowledge of the game. Coach Skala's coaching journey began in 2015, and he's excited to share his skills and expand players' understanding of the game.
Coach Soukup is from the Des Moines, Iowa area where she played high school and club softball. As a pitcher and a corner infielder, she was a 3-year varsity letter winner for softball in high school.
Coach Emma is currently a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she plays on the university’s club softball team. With experience in helping coach youth softball camps, she hopes to help other players achieve their goals in a fun and positive environment while fostering their love for the game.
Coach Emma always begins working with a new player with a sit-down assessment of their goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. She then tailors her coaching program such that the player makes measurable progress towards their goals.
Coach Alex is originally from a small town called Ceresco, NE. She played fast pitch softball for her High School, for Nebraska Gold-Gerdes alongside high-profile players, and for the University of Sioux Falls NE.
Coach Alex has caught for Jordy Bahl, and Laurin Krings, and has played some of the top teams in the country. As a catcher and hitter, she held the career/single-season home run record for her High School. She received the Omaha World Herald All-State award, All-Area awards, and was named Lincoln Journal Star's All-State first team three times. She has also previously coached an Omaha team.
Coach Alex is truly passionate about the one-on-one time she gets with her players. Within the coaching that she provides, she emphasizes the idea that mental work is just as important as physical. Mastering the mental game is truly what helps players get to that next level. She hopes to share her knowledge of the game, help players achieve their goals, and provide a program that is individually tailored based on their goals.
Coach Aly Timmerman is originally from Beaver Crossing, Nebraska. She played fastpitch for 17 years for her competitive travel team and high school team where she received various post-season honors.
Coach Timmerman also played for UNL's club team while in college. She has given pitching lessons and has helped coach multiple different club teams during her coaching career.
For over a decade, Coach Matthew has dedicated his life to helping the youth in our community reach their goals and full potential. He was born in Lexington, Nebraska where he grew up playing baseball and football. He played little league and legion baseball where he found success on the corners of the diamond. He played 1B and 3B as well as on the mound. Matthew believes in helping the youth in our community become better students, friends, brothers, sisters, people, and ball players. He believes in living a life that is bigger than baseball.

Micah Ramage
Catching, Hitting & Fundamentals
Born and raised in Pasadena, TX, Micah Ramage's baseball journey led him to Concordia University, Nebraska. His high school peers recognized his dedication with the "Heart Award." As the head legion baseball coach in Seward, Micah Ramage has four years of coaching experience, nurturing young talents and helping them become better ballplayers.
Coach Nathan has been around baseball his whole life. He has a passion for helping players reach their fullest potential and achieve their goals and dreams. While at Lincoln High School, he led his team in batting average, doubles, and slugging percentage during his senior year in 2021. He has played all over the infield, and outfield, and pitched in his high school career. He played at the collegiate level at Southwestern Community College for 2 years. He has coached at the middle school level and is currently the Head Freshman Baseball Coach at Lincoln High School. He's a big believer in using Rapsodo to break down the player's swing or throwing motion and helping them understand how their body moves as well as using technology to track progress and see the improvements from their hard work. He puts a developmental plan in place for each new athlete to help them track their progress over time and develop into the best version of themselves on and off the baseball field.
Fast Pitch & Hitting
With over two decades of professional softball coaching experience, Coach McLaren is a seasoned expert. During his 14-year tenure as an assistant and head coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University, he nurtured numerous talented players. At Lincoln East High School, Coach McLaren guided the Spartans to the Class A State Finals. With a track record of working with fast pitch students, Coach McLaren is both an educator and a softball mentor at The Driven Academy.
Isaac O' Gara
Catching, Hitting & Fundamentals
Coach Isaac is from Lincoln, NE and graduated from Pius X High School. He played for Pius, Lincoln Lutheran and Lincoln Christian Legion baseball teams over his four legion seasons before going on to play in college. Isaac went to Cornell College in Mount Vernon, IA and played baseball there for four years as a corner infielder and pitcher while getting his Degrees in Kinesiology and Biology. His coaching career started in Solon, IA where he was the assistant freshman coach for two seasons. Isaac is now an assistant coach at Pius X High School here in Lincoln. In addition to being passionate about coaching baseball, Isaac is also a Doctor of Chiropractic here in Lincoln at Spine and Sports Chiropractic where he enjoys working with athletes to help them perform pain free and at their highest level. The Driven Academy and the coaches here played a big role in helping Coach Isaac play at the college level and he is excited for the opportunity to give back to The Driven Academy and its athletes.
