One month of small group training. Group not to exceed 4 athletes. 3 training sessions per week for 4 weeks.

  • 55 minute training sessions:  Speed, Power, Strength, Agility, Flexibility, and more.
  • 3 Training sessions per week.
  • Multi-Sport Athletes. Small group training, not to exceed 4 athletes per group.
  • Focus on BOTH physical and mental training.
  • Education on athletic movements.
  • Nutritional evaluation and review every 30 days.
  • Registered Dietician and Certified Sports Nutritionist.
Regular pricing: $25 per training hour.
