- 55 minute training sessions: Speed, Power, Strength, Agility, Flexibility, and more.
- 3 Training sessions per week.
- Multi-Sport Athletes. Small group training, not to exceed 4 athletes per group.
- Focus on BOTH physical and mental training.
- Education on athletic movements.
- Nutritional evaluation and review every 30 days.
- Registered Dietician and Certified Sports Nutritionist.
Regular pricing: $25 per training hour.
